We are a family owned and operated local establishment who are members of the Chamber of Commerce, St. Armand's Circle Association and the Sarasota Originals.
We make our bread, sauces, pizza crust, dressings and some of our pastas in house. Whenever available we source local vegetables and seafood. Our food is primarily northern Italian as Guiseppe Casadio is from the Liguria region of Italy. We have something for everyone from pizza to fresh fish and filet mignon. We consider our thin crust pizza, cooked in our wood burning oven to be the best around!
There is both a formal dining room as well as a piano/wine bar which features an extensive list of wines by the glass and even more by the bottle. We also have a full liquor bar. Many of our customers are wine savvy and know what great values we offer in our wines by the bottle but even those that are novice wine drinkers can try a variety of wines by the glass that they may not otherwise find except by the bottle.
We also have a nightclub upstairs, which offers dancing as well as dining. We currently have a Latin Band on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays so you can salsa or merangue from 10 p.m. until 2:00 a.m., if you are 21 or older. In season we have a Jazz Jam dinner at 6:30 on Mondays.
An extensive collection of wines are available and displayed in floor-to-ceiling wine racks. All wines are hand selected by owner Joseph Casadio and the list is always changing. There are approximately 65-80 wines available by the glass!
